Acceptance of Terms of Use

Users are advised to use a strong password and to never share their login credentials with anyone else to keep their account secure.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
165 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to be using the platform for purposes that contravene Malaysian law. Users whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to submit an appeal within the stipulated timeframe. Any valid account balance remaining in a closed account will be processed in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy, subject to any necessary investigation. Unused bonuses or promotional credits will not be returned to accounts closed due to a breach of terms. 165's decision regarding account closure is final, unless an appeal is successfully resolved through official support channels.
